Move-In & Move-Out Policy

These guidelines govern all Move-In and Move-Out activities within I-Towers Exente premises. They are intended to preserve common areas, ensure orderly movement, and maintain security and safety for all residents. Compliance is mandatory for all apartment owners and their tenants.

- Any damage to common areas or building property during Move-In / Move-Out is chargeable to the apartment owner — regardless of whether caused by the tenant, hired vendors, helpers, or associated personnel.
- The Association may deduct repair costs from the security deposit.
- If damages exceed the deposit amount, additional costs will be recovered from the owner.
- A minimum of 24 hours' written or verbal notice must be given to the Facility Manager before any Move-In / Move-Out.
- Movement outside permitted hours will not be allowed under any circumstances.
⏰ Permitted Hours: 10:00 AM — 6:00 PM only
- The Move-In / Move-Out fee of ₹2,500 is paid online via MyGate before the move begins.
- The security deposit of ₹5,000 is paid directly to the Facility Manager in cash or bank transfer before the move begins.
- The FM will issue a receipt for the deposit as proof of payment.

Complete the MyGate payment first, then coordinate with the FM to hand over the deposit. Keep both receipts until the deposit is refunded.
- All vendors, packers, transport vehicles, and helpers must be registered at the main gate and comply with security checks.
- Movement of furniture and goods must not block lobbies, staircases, or emergency exits at any time.
- Only service elevators may be used. Residential elevators are strictly prohibited for Move-In / Move-Out activities.
- Protective coverings must be used in elevators wherever possible to prevent scratches and dents.
- No goods should be left unattended in common areas.
- Noise, dust, and disturbance must be minimised at all times.
- Moving vehicles must park only in the designated loading/unloading area in front of the blocks.
- Drivers must follow all instructions from security personnel.
- Overnight parking for moving trucks or loaders is strictly not permitted.
Non-compliance may result in:
- Forfeiture of the security deposit
- Additional penalties determined by the Association
- Restrictions on future Move-In / Move-Out activities
- Escalated penalties for false declarations, unauthorised movement, or repeated violations
- Apartment owners are responsible for ensuring their tenants are fully informed about this policy before handover of the unit.
- Move-In / Move-Out will only be permitted after all dues to the Association are cleared.
- The Association reserves the right to update these guidelines periodically.
